She earned a Bachelor’s degree in science and Master’s degree in social work from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She has served as a Behavioral Specialist, Program Specialist, and Therapist counseling individuals struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. Ms. Charles works passionately and specializes in couples’ counseling and family conflict.
