GUEST BIO:
Jhasiim Wiltshire is a passionate baker/cake decorator, educator, and single mom of 4 wonderful boys.  She is also the owner of Jha's Pastry Studio.  When she is not whipping up sweet pleasures in her lab (kitchen), you can find her in the gym coaching middle school and high volleyball, supporting her sons with their interests, traveling, or at a fitness center working towards her health and wellness goals.  She graduated from the University of the Virgin Islands with a B.A. in Business Administration Concentration in Computer Information Systems, Kaplan University with a Masters Of Science in Teaching with Technology, August Escoffier School of Culinary Arts with a certificate in Baking and Pastries, and will be receiving her second Master's degree in Special Education from Northcentral University, shortly.
