📊 Inventory is still at a month and a half supply in the suburban counties Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Bucks and in that like 4 to 5 month supply in the city of Philadelphia, depending on your neighborhood. So obviously there's a dichotomy there between the city and the suburbs.

What we're seeing is there's more demand out there than many experts thought. 🏡
