Ray Ellen has been working in real estate since 2006 when he started working as a marketer for a local real estate company. After becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2007, Ray had an incredibly successful start before the 2008 financial crisis. Moving back to Arkansas in 2013, Ray created the Ray Ellen Group and gradually built up sales, becoming one of the top real estate agents in the area, both in sales volume and client satisfaction.   Ray talks about the power of video and the importance of creating content for social media channels. Ray created his first video using his iPhone and had to get over the uncomfortableness of being seen on screen.
