The Terra Girls host their first returning guest -- Jeff Salyer! This time, Brittany and Tiff talk to Jeff about his most recent epic running adventure, tackling the Grand Canyon with friends for a Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim attempt. For those who don't know, Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim is when runners go from one rim of the Grand Canyon to the other rim and back. The complete route has over 11,000 feet of elevation gain with extreme weather conditions from the freezing top of the canyon to the sweltering floor.
