On today's episode I have an interesting conversation about all things cocktails with mixologist and entrepreneur Eron Mibo.  Eron shares with us how her interest in the hospitality industry led her to start a career with beverages.  We talk about ingredients, thriving businesses in her neighbourhood, the lack of women of the Global Majority within this side of the industry.  Eron also discusses what she believes makes a good cocktail, what her favourite mix is, and the one she doesn't care much for.  We also talk about her pride for her community, its mixture of different cultures and how it has shaped her.  And of course, Eron shares the quote that continually inspires her.  Eron Mibo describes herself as a cocktailpreneur and founder of Tales & Tails UK, a beverage content management and events company.  Her journey began blogging cocktail recipes to now working with beverage brands on a range of creative projects such as content creation, recipe development, events and more.
