Many of the decisions we make in life have an intention behind them which sets us into motion to fulfill that thing. Aware of this underlying motive or not, it is there. Over this past year, I noticed the fuel behind many decisions involving my body were coming from a place of self-hate. So I stopped everything. This episode is an intro into the journey of a years worth of stops, shifts and redirections.An huge example of this being my relationship to working out. There are so many layers to this and I didn't go too deep into it yet, but wanted to introduce some perspective shifts that have helped me along the way. Your relationship to your body is the most important relationship. Your body loves you and it is always doing it's best.
