We want things but we don't always get them, we feel frustrated and disappointed. It doesn't need to be this way. Since we are the architects of our own lives, we need to first build a strong foundation to remove doubts, feelings of inadequacy, and approval from others. Here, we will visualize our deepest and greatest desires, heal our minds, and embrace the reality we are neant to experience. In the Mindful Affirmations and Visualizations podcast, we will first repeat the affirmations to permeate self love and confidence into the subconscious mind. Then, the mindful visualizations will manifest the desires into the reality.
