Integrity
This key was one that I found a little bit hard to make peace with because the traditional definition of integrity didn't sit well with me.
I had to come to my own sense of peace about what integrity actually meant for me - not anyone else...but for me.
And for me integrity is about living in congruence with what is right and true for me, and feeling completely safe and empowered to express that version of me out to the world.
It also means accepting when I'm out of integrity.
See it can be a tricky one to wrap your head around because integrity is not linear, it's a moving target...
But accepting that is going to make your life a lot easier!
