This past year I’ve been working out at home instead of going to the gym, or hiking the usual trails, because of the mask requirement. Sure, I have a room full of machines at home, but I still really missed the Integrated Body Mind Training that helps regulate our parasympathetic nervous system for optimum health and well-being. And we’ve needed that now, more than ever! So I created a modified Integrated Mind Body practice that I could do at home to help me stay balanced, and even though we are in various stages of reopening, I’d like to share this practice with you.
