In this episode,  I share my tips on ways to generate leads now.  There are so many ways to generate leads. However, when you generate leads you will still have to convert them. You can generate leads by working with friends and family, walking your neighborhood, getting to know your neighbors and even by referral. 
The hardest part of real estate is you must create your own inbox. You’ve Heard me say this over and over again, this is not a job, you’re the boss, you’re the entrepreneur, and so much more.   You have to put in the work, you can not wait for someone else to do it for you. If you want someone else to generate the leads expect to pay for the leads. If you simply show up  to any of my classes to learn MLS tools you will learn how to generate leads.
