Episode 48 of The Smart Agents Podcast features Kansas City Broker, Charles Gilbert. Building his own real estate business was never the plan for Charles who began flipping homes several years ago. Poor communication from the buyer agents lead him to pursue a real estate license of his own and he hasn’t looked back.  
During our conversation, we talk about how even in today’s hot market he is still getting buyers into homes for well under other offers and how his business has been shaped by his previous experiences as a home flipper.
