Michael became seriously interested in commercial real estate investing in 2015 and purchased his first property in February 2017. It was a 7-unit apartment building. Since then, Michael has acquired four more properties, one apartment, two mobile home parks, and one retail property. Throughout his real estate journey, Michael has continued to work a full-time job as a product manager in payment and fintech and resides in the San Francisco Bay area.
