Today's episode focuses on what frequency we are broadcasting through the atmosphere. The frequency we are broadcasting creates an energetic signature and our energetic signature, creates our reality. The evidence of what kind of frequency we are broadcasting is in our external world. Our internal world or our energetic frequency becomes alive and tangible in our external world. As Christie Marie Sheldon puts it, "we have a choice about which energetic frequencies we want to live in." If we are not happy with our external world, we need to pay attention and change the frequency we are emitting.
