When we become entangled in a barrage of negative thoughts, unpleasant emotions and hesitancy about the next steps to take inner lives, we can feel like we are under attack. But what is it that attacks us. You would be surprised to realize that you have far greater control over what attacks you, but you can lost in the confusion.
