So many of us have heard about the generational battles between Boomers and Millennials, right? But have we considered the generational battle between Gen X women and Millennial women?
In one corner Alicia represents Generation X, born in 1975 she is hard driven to push beyond workplace boundaries and time. She was raised to show up and shut up, work-life balance what?? The grinder is her middle name. 
In the other corner Deissy, a proven Millenial who takes her makes her work life her purpose and recovery is a part of her repertoire. One to take on challenges with zest and passion, but always making sure to take her time. 
So what are our differences and similarities?
