Here is the history of Gilneas, my main reference was the WoW wiki but from there I also worked on checking the books it mentioned like "Before the Storm" and "Wolfheart" along with that i'd look through the quests it talked about to see what happened and if i could I would go and do the quests, but a lot of them were behind a long chain.
