Originally from Colorado, he joined the PRCA in 2003, and he made his Mountain States Circuit Finals every year since. He made the NFR in 2010 with Cody Hintz where they placed in three rounds and he finished 14th in the world with about $89k won. He won the Ram National Circuit Finals Rodeo in 2014 with long-time Mountain States Circuit friend JW Borrego. And this year, he won RodeoHouston with Kyle Lockett, effectively punching his ticket to the 2019 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.
