First they tested the waters for an event that is the epitome of fair use.

Somebody has to host the presidential debate but the real newsworthiness is what the candidates say. 

Now the second in the pattern. Trying to stop criticism of nothing less global than the Olympic opening ceremonies.

We'll see where it goes but this is clearly their next attempt to shut you up and to ignore the rights we are supposed to have to have open discussions about societal topics.
