Listen "Ep #65: Simple, Old-School Tactics for New Age Real Estate Success with Ranjit Nijjar"
Episode Synopsis
My next guest on The Richard Robbins Show immigrated to Canada when he was 17 years old, was a licensed real estate professional by age 22 and, without a budget or a database to rely on, Ranjit still did 21 transactions in his first year, part-time! Working primarily in the Brampton area in Ontario, Ranjit may only be 37 years old, but his business practices go back further by decades. "I love pen and paper because whenever you write it down, it will not disappear until you cross it out." Ranjit shares he felt it was a blessing in disguise that he started from scratch, with no prior knowledge to influence his work ethic. "I knew very little. When you have less education, you try harder to learn more and you appreciate it. I had blind faith." You can find show notes and more information by clicking here: https://bit.ly/3ocqssd
