Justin Havre, the number one RE/MAX agent in closed transactions from 2015 to 2020, has been unrelenting in his pursuit of digital dominance. His focus on online lead generation and search engine optimization (SEO) has helped him create a team of 70 agents and 20 support staff which did 1983 sales in 2021. His background in technology gave him an understanding of just how important online lead generation is. He tells me, "For some perspective, my mortgage payment at the time was $1,000 a month. I made a commitment to spend $4,000 a month on search engine optimization. In some ways, it was do or die. It was survival."
