About Andrew:
Andrew was the Head of Growth at Capital (formerly Party Round), he spearheads the strategic growth initiatives of the company, recently acquired by Rho. Prior to this, Andrew was an early team member at On Deck, playing a pivotal role in the company's success.
He co-founded Olympus, a low-speed EV company, at the young age of 20, successfully raising $1M and navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship. Though not a resounding success, Andrew takes pride in the valuable lessons learned and the preservation of investors' capital.
About Steven:
Steven is a talented engineer and programmar. He is one of the best engineers who can lead teams well! He Kicked his career off by doing his Internship at Google, right after his internship at Google he joined Quora to intern as a Machine Learning Engineer.
After his internship at Quora, Steven joined Barsala as the Head of Product Engineering, which was later acquired by Landing. Just like Andrew, Steven joined On Deck and led the engineering when On Deck was growing like a rokcetship.
Now Andrew and Steven are building something very exciting, which we talk about today too and how they are doing it is different and something that all young founders should learn from.
