Listen "College, Transition and A Tiny Dose of Ted Lasso"
Episode Synopsis
I recently sat with Daniel Chapman, Director of Student Transitions and Family Programs, at Endicott College. Part of the Student Affairs leadership team, Dan has responsibility for facilitating and deepening family and student connections to the college. This includes welcome and orientation programs, information and communication for families as well as deeply collaborative and intentional first and second-year programming.
I was intrigued that his professional practice entailed “transitions”…during our conversation, I Iearned that Dan practices what he preaches with a varied background in cultural and social anthropology, counseling and higher education leadership.
He’s also a big Ted Lasso fan and feels Ted may just have the recipe for positive change.
