Episode 43 features Kirbz (T1 Ragtime of the Wind and Sea) and maddie (T3 Little Rose Harmony) as our special guests!  We first get to learn more about how our guests got into Bandori, how they got into tiering and how they joined the tiering community and met each other . We then hear stories of their first tiering experiences, first from maddie then from Kirbz followed by a discussion about how our guests avoid burn out. We go into further detail about some notable T3 placements from our guests, including Kirbz's T1 title before we wrap up the episode hearing about our guests recent tiering experience in Feel x Heat x Beat and Girls, Be Ambitious and answering the weekly Studio Question.
