In this episode we were thrilled to welcome Claire Clements from Positive Pants.Claire launched Positive Pants back in April 2018 after a lightbulb moment, thinking about how she could make the idea of a positive mindset more accessible to children of primary school age. Positive Pants is a well-known phrase to children and adults alike and is a tangible way to engage children with what could feel like a tricky concept. When you know how, having a positive mindset can be as easy as putting on your ‘Positive Pants’. She provides 1-1 sessions with children at their home, and works closely with parents and carers to provide feedback and ideas to support children along their journey. Claire also offers parent sessions to provide wellbeing activities to help them support their own children and can offer group workshops in schools, in the home and also bring wellbeing into businesses to support teams.We had a fantastic conversation with Claire, talking all about the Positive Pants business, what type of pants she prefers and all about the Positively Empowered Kids CIC she was Co-Founder of.
