In this episode I have the incredible honour to have Alan Stein Jr. as my guest on the show.  
Alan is not from the real estate, similar to many of the guests I have on the show so we don't go into detailed tactics to build out your next lead generation funnel, but we will going into tactics surrounding something I think is even more important for us as agents at this time of year, developing a winning mindset, championship habits, and unparalleled focus. 
Alan is a multiple times author, keynote speaker & performance expert.
At present he is speaking full time to mostly corporations all around the world, but in his past life he spent 15+ years coaching some of the highest performing basketball players on the planet, names like Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, Steph Curry should ring a bell - well he’s been there. 
He’s translated the lessons he’s learned doing this at the highest of level into applicable strategies to truly level up your performance.
