In this episode, I had a deep conversation with JM Ryerson about meaningful things including investing one's self for growth. positivity in life, a meaningful mindset, and more. He is the CEO and co-founder of Let's Go Win. He is a mindset coach, a business speaker, and the host of the Let's Go Win Podcast.

1. Enterprise on management training: It is a great management training program. Since JM started early on a family business enterprise, it is like an extension of college where he has to work 50 hours a week giving him a great experience in that field.

3. Loving the idea of "golf every Friday and make as much money" drives JM to join the company and subsequent two companies after where they built distribution in the financial services business. They were doing business for almost 20 years providing so many amazing opportunities.

What does it mean to you when it comes to investing in yourself in terms of getting a coach or program about diet, spirituality, and lifestyle?--There's no better place to invest in the entire world but in yourself, because you are the product of what you are going to produce. Your return on your investment we'll come back. If I pour into myself, good things will come out.
6. The higher the amount or value invested, the higher the return or impact it will have on you.
7. "What anyone else thinks of you is really none of your business. So whatever somebody thinks of you, that's their own stuff."-JM
8. What would you say to those one or two moments that were like a trajectory shift or change for your life?
9. How do you manage to be a husband and a father with having your own career aspirations and traveling and working? How do you feel? Do you have any tools or things you journal about or think about when you're trying to juggle those priorities?
10. What's the one thing that you can pass on to your kids that can have a massive impact on them?
11. What other tips, tools, and stuff do you work on as far as mindset goes with people?--It is to say three things you're grateful for. Set your intention for the day. Take care of your mind your body and your soul. If people would just do those small things, the world would just open up the possibility of how great their life is. Because now you're intentional about having a great day.

13. It's so easy to be me. You don't have to think, you just have to be.
