Questions/Topics in This Episode:
1. As far as the marketing or tech online website space, what lead you to that?
2. Google reviews and the impact that can have on local business, where do you want to start with that topic?
3. I want you to critique this thought: "If I open up a pepperoni pizza restaurant, or let's say an Italian restaurant, and I think I have the best pepperoni pizza in town. I can claim that, but what Google wants to see is how many other people think you have the best pepperoni pizza in town or that you even serve pepperoni pizza at all. They can now determine that not only from your Google business listing and saying, here's my menu but they actually want to see customers talking about all the items and the things that you do offer. They actually want to see those keywords in review from customers. Can you speak to that at all?"
4. In addition to the proximity stuff, were there other factors or things that you're aware of that have made Google reviews more valuable in recent months than maybe they were 2 or 3 years ago?
5. Have you seen this show up in any valuable or interesting way where - to me this is a very specific implementation or use case of keywords that google is actually using to make the search experience for someone that's looking for something even better?
6. Could you say that online reviews are now a component or another piece of seo that you have to focus on?
7. It seems to me that reviews would be the fastest and easiest, low-hanging fruit for a small business that doesn't have a big marketing budget to just have an impact and have that effect in ranking, do you agree with that?
8. Google screens heavily the first 10 or 15 reviews that come through for a google business listing to kind of see what is the cadence, what's the IP address, how are these coming in, what are people saying, how many reviews have these users left elsewhere? And they're trying to develop a sense of how reviews should be coming in for that business and then all of a sudden they start to pick up. have you seen that happen or is that true?

- How should people connect with you?
