This episode is special for me. Not just because my guest, Warren Ryan, is a special guy - but because it's two men having a real, honest, vulnerable - and emotional conversation and sharing it with the world. Two men who have been raised to "man up" and take life on the chin, proving that you can be masculine and still be open with how you're feeling. 

Warren is an incredible man. From growing up in what he describes as a "broken home", care, depression, grief - sleeping in his care, to where he is today. A happy, healthy and secure human being. This episode is special because of the impact it's had on me. I hope it has the same impact on you listening.
