Anete started playing basketball in the second grade and established her career in the sport. As a Latvian native, she grew up to represent Latvia internationally and became her country's best young basketball player. After arriving to the US to continue her career, Anete was commemorated as an all American Basketball player while playing at Seward Community College. Shortly at the end of her college career, Anete faced the biggest challenge yet....Motherhood and navigating her difficlut relationship with her baby's father.
