In episode 5 and 6, we look at glimpses of the post capitalist workplace and give ourselves the space to create new possibilities. If you remember, in episode 3 and 4, Anuradha shared an overview of the obstacles workers face in the modern workplace. Instead of rushing and fix it, we must reimagine a workplace that is delightful, joyful, and liberatory and co-create that with our stakeholders for the long-term, in a sustainable way. In this episode, we begin envisioning the post capitalist workplace using the liberatory pillars laid out in episode 2. Anuradha shares some basic principles and examples of organizations championing innovation in the ways they work.
