Hey sis! Thank you for being here. On this weeks poddy I uncover a trigger of mine haha those 30 day challenges😒
The reason why it triggers me is because all my life I’d chase these challenges for weight loss reasons and I’d restrict myself for the 30 days and lose the weight but then once it’s done I’d revert back to everything I was previously doing and just put the weight back on again. It became very unhealthy and I think people are doing them for all the wrong reasons
My whakaro - why start if it’s not something you wanna sustain and do for a life time?
If it’s good for you, why wouldn’t you wanna keep doing it?
If it’s not good for you, why would you wanna start it?
