I’m the biggest i’ve ever been in my life and the most confident!! 🥰 
Body acceptance is something i’ve struggled with my whole life and on this week's podcast episode I speak about my journey. My whole life I’ve been trying to lose weight and had the thought that ‘once i get to x amount of kgs i’ll be happier’ but I’ve got to that goal weight and I still had the same problem - I still wasn’t happy so i’ve come to realise that it has nothing to do with the weight❗️ 
I started unpacking where this belief came from, changing the way I talked to myself, built a relationship with my body ( how many of us don’t even acknowledge our bodies and all the amazing things it does for us) I got to know myself better, who am I, what I stand for, what don’t I stand for, etc I then realised I am so much more than my body and I love the amazing person I’ve become/becoming🥰 
I also cover the 5 main things I learnt at the retreat I attended in June... 
- I was always looking for outside validation and I realised 'Leesh you just need to validate yourself!' 
- Body Acceptance - It's not about the weight! Build a relationship with your body - become best friends. 
- Anger and resentment I had towards my parents - feeling neglected and learning to let go. 
- Numbing out on social media, tv, drinking, smoking, partying, etc - be ok with being still. 
- Who are you and why are you here? I am more than the labels. Figuring out my mission in life with TVT.
