As part of a Global Talent Acquisition Leadership team Matt is responsible for ensuring Uber delivers high performing recruitment experiences that translate into competitive advantage and business growth. In addition to leading the TA team in EMEA, Matt also acts as the Lead for TA across the Uber Delivery business globally.
