Jimmy Buffett was one of the all-time great storytellers. He did that in his many splendid songs, but he could also talk to the audience from the stage like no other. Like so many of you, we felt a great loss with the passing of this great raconteur. The stories he left behind are nothing short of astonishing.
However, there aren't so many long-form Jimmy Buffett interviews. That said, he did speak in great detail with Clay Eals for his book Steve Goodman: Facing the Music.
