Oftentimes, when someone makes us wrong for something it's because they wouldn't choose it for themselves or they don't understand what you're going through. Fear also plays a huge role when someone makes you wrong for wanting to connect with your child on the other side. Fear of the unknown, fear of even more pain, and a fear that something bad will happen when you do connect. 
What I know for sure is that making the connection with my son, Jack, has helped me to heal and build a life that I love. When you connect into what is true for you, and allow your heart to guide you, the universe will work in magical ways to support, uplift and nurture you as you connect with your child on the other side.
