During this wide ranging conversation, we discuss how stereotype threat shows up in real nonprofit leadership and what to do about it, the intersection of race and gender in nonprofit leadership, and racialization in the nonprofit sector. Kelli is well-versed in nonprofit scholarship yet offers a practical perspective that helps us not only understand these issues but figure out how to approach them in real life.
