Episode 353 - Breaks down the topic of emotional triggers.  Emotional triggers are specific situations, memories, or stimuli that provoke intense emotional reactions, often disproportionate to the actual event. They can stem from past experiences and may lead to feelings such as anger, anxiety, or sadness.  Emotional triggers (or mental health/psychological triggers) are environmental, interpersonal, sensory, or cognitive situations that spark sudden, intense negative reactions.  In psychology, a “trigger” is a stimulus that causes a painful memory to resurface. A trigger can be any sensory reminder of the traumatic event: a sound, sight, smell, physical sensation, or even a time of day or season.In general, when a person is “triggered,” they’re being provoked by a stimulus that awakens or worsens the symptoms of a traumatic event or mental health condition.  A person’s strong reaction to being triggered may come as a surprise to others because the response seems out of proportion to the stimulus. Humanity has been conditioned and programmed to operate and live outside of alignment with Cosmic and Universal Laws. When a soul is out of alignment, it slowly but surely creates sensations of anger, confusion, depression, tension, and eventually turmoil. This is due to the heavy and deep void in a person’s body, mind, and soul that creates their inner and outer misery. The Babylonian matrix loosh farm system operates as an energy harvesting playground based upon narcissism and the need to have the ego constantly feel emotionally validated, even when it comes at the expense of oneself and others. The system knew it needed to traumatize a soul and lead it down a predestined path in order to keep a soul trapped in the wicked worldwide energy harvesting systems. Emotional triggers begin to become automatic templates that the system carefully crafts and implements across all aspects of society worldwide. The system needs society to be trapped in a constant state of emotional vulnerability based upon unhealed, unrecognized, and ignored traumas. The system needs to ensure that every soul is invested in continuing to aid and assist in the worldwide illusion, so that the system has continuous access to feed off the loosh energy and essence of these souls. Emotional triggers aren’t inherently benevolent nor malevolent; they’re opportunities for growth, lessons, and applied wisdom. Once a soul decides to begin its healing journey, it will eventually recognize the depth of their childhood and adulthood traumas and the emotional triggers tied to them. A soul can then identify the levels of emotional triggers in others and realize the depth to which the majority of the world is chaotic and out of alignment. The vast majority of adults can’t handle their emotions and are often controlled by them, which can lead to adverse outcomes, karmic debt, karmic cycles, karmic relationships, loss of freedom, or even loss of life. Once a soul recognizes their need to heal, steps into their north node, and remains in alignment with Cosmic and Universal Laws, they’ll begin to conquer and master their emotional triggers.
