After writing three books, two curriculums for young adults, and teaching communication courses at two universities, she embarked on a new challenge of helping leaders address the discomfort and fears they have towards public speaking.

Linnita hosts a weekly podcast titled Excellence in Everything Live where she gives communication tips, tools, and strategies to increase your confidence, competence and competitive advantage.
