Episode Synopsis

To achieve more things throughout the day, having high levels of energy plays a significant role. However, it doesn't happen by accident, it takes discipline and routines to produce high levels of energy. In the past, I was a skinny kid who struggled to have high levels of energy, may it be with sports or any other activities. Moreover, I used to fall sick so often but a major breakthrough came to me when I realized that my actions were creating my own downfall; the unhealthy eating routines, drinking alcohol and having negative limiting beliefs. When I broke out of this routine and started replacing them with healthier habits that I shared in this episode, I started noticing a significant difference in my energy levels. From then on, I have hardly fallen ill (touch wood) and also managed to maintain high levels of energy throughout the day. I now work a busy 9-5 job as an Engineer in the construction industry, run my coaching business, create content, host podcast shows and I am not saying to brag but to show you what's possible if you put in the work.
