Fhumu holds a Bcom Accounting degree from the University of Venda as well as a Wealth Management qualification. She was the Deputy Secretary of the Enactus Univen branch and was instrumental in writing scripts for the national competition presentations. She also co-founded a Non-Profit organization that empowers young girls whilst at University.
Today she works for for one of key industry players in the South African financial services sector.
