He specializes in no-market risk strategic planning and creating guaranteed income solutions for his clients. He is a member of the National Ethics Association and is currently licensed by the Department of Insurance in the state of California. Billie resides in Southern California with his wife Leslie and two children, Billie IV and Jaxen.
