Trusting yourself is the ability to listen to your own voice, intuition, and internal wisdom, make a decision, and then take action based upon that, trusting that whatever decision you make and action you take, it's the right action and decision for you. There is nothing more empowering than being confident in your decision-making abilities, but it's not something many of us are skilled at doing. Too often, we look to what others think. But when we look for others to tell us what to do, we inhibit our ability to learn how to trust ourselves.
