After reflecting on why this episode went #1 we have some thoughts. First, Matt's ability to vulnerably communicate is purely magic. Second, Matt was fresh into his sabbatical when we recorded however by the time we published there was word starting to circulate that he might resign from Vance Thompson and focus more on his family and business....which he did. Third, Vance Thompson Vision is a major brand in this region and to hear from one of it's leaders was a major promotion for this episode.
