Listen "From managing stress to experiencing harmony: a new approach!"
Episode Synopsis
When stress goes out of control, so do we. Our perception of life changes, and our human experience starts to feel out of whack. So, what if we could start shifting from the concept of managing stress, to the one of reclaiming our harmony? A more supporting and empowering perspective that takes into account each one of us a whole and as unique beings.
This idea became very clear to me after realising that our mind, body, emotions and Spirit want to be working together, not separately. It’s like a dance that always wants to take place within us, and that involves the WHOLE of us, not just one aspect of our human experience. And in this episode I dive a deeper into this concept! Yay!
I hope you enjoy this episode and that it helps you expand your awareness to a different way of perceiving stress. There is a very short exercise towards the end, I hope you enjoy it!
And, if you live in Sydney, there is also an invitation for you! So, please listen until the end!
Lots of love you way,
Laura
