Listen "The space thats left after letting go, shedding old layers of yourself, grieving what you used to identify with, embracing the unknown of what your next step is"
Episode Synopsis
We naturally evolve throughout our life as we go through different experiences, meet people, try new things, and reflect. These ebbs and flows of life shape who we are as people and sometimes that means shedding old layers of yourself, things you identify with, perspectives, beliefs, your lifestyle, interests and priorities. All of these things can shift and change, but we often overlook the space that is left after letting go. As a creative on social media, I feel like I'm currently in that space. There is a big question mark around my artist identity after a transformative year and a question mark around how to find a meaningful purpose in the midst of the unknown.
