Watching television with intention has been my motto for quite sometime. This mindset allows me to check out mentally knowing that it's good for your well-being from time to time. Choose shows that make you laugh, feel joy and bring out the heartfelt side of you over shows that create fear, anxiety and depression. I love a good suspense thriller from time to time but be mindful of what you allow into your mind, because ultimately it will seep into your subconscious and could create mental anguish over time.
With that being said, there are so many fun shows to watch that bring all the fun emotions to the surface and HGTV is one of those channels.
