Listen "My Workday Success Activities as a Team Builder"

Episode Synopsis

As an agent, my successful ✔workday activities were making as many calls 📞 as possible, having as many appointments as possible, and learning as much as possible.  However, as a team builder, my successful activities consist of helping others learn how to be successful. My primary purpose is to help others. Here are a few of the things I do that I found to help my team grow and develop:  1. Active Participation in group chats encouraging agents, answering questions, and keeping things positive. 2. Quick responses to questions from agents providing answers, directions on how to find the answers, or who to route the question to if I am not the best point of contact. 3. Listening to live calls that agents are making. I have someone log into Zoom with me with their screen and audio shared. I listen to them go through sales presentations and can speak to them without the client hearing me talk. I have a check sheet I wrote up that covers the basic successful elements of our sales process, and if one of them needs work, we train on it. 4. Having agents share success stories in our morning calls. 5. Having a daily morning call. 6. Keeping an eye on the leaderboard to be able to quickly congratulate people when they make a sale. 7. Running training and following a schedule.  There are more than that, but I found those to be the most effective in driving morale and development. "Building a sales team? Reach out for guidance!
