Since you are not face-to-face with the client, body language really doesn't matter. About 10% of what you say are the words you're saying, and the other 90% is the manner in which you say those words. If everyone starts out using the same script and words, but some people excel more than others, the biggest contributing factor I have found is the way in which they say the words.
