How DELL Sold Me With A Follow Up Call!! AWESOME Sales Experience I was SUPER impressed with how Dell was able to close me on a new laptop yesterday! I was on Dell.com and had added a laptop to my cart. I absolutely love my Dell XPS 13 laptop and wanted to buy an upgraded version of it, since the one I have now is two years old. Since I already had a Dell credit card, I was unsure of whether or not I would be able to qualify for the 12-month, 0% financing offer they had on the new XPS. So, I started a chat with a representative and when he told me I did qualify, I exited out of the web page leaving an unpurchased computer in my cart. Within 3 minutes of leaving dell.com I received a phone call from a sales representative from Dell! He closed me on finalizing the deal and I will have my new laptop tomorrow, which I am super excited about. If this representative did not follow up with me, I would not have purchased that computer yesterday. I am super impressed with their follow-up game and appreciate their persistent effort to acquire me as a repeat customer. Moral of the story? FOLLOW UP WITH YOUR UNSOLD CLIENTS QUICKLY!!
